Lost keys

Have you seen my keys?

Yesterday I was getting ready for work and couldn't find my keys anywhere. Had the whole house upside down, checking my coat, my handbag and even out in the car (then again if they'd been left in there how would I have gotten into the house the night before !?!?)

Eventually I realised I'd put my jeans in the washing machine before having breakfast and my keys were in the pocket (I could hear them clanking around in the washing machine !)

We've got one of those funky computerised washing machines and I have no idea how to cycle it through to drain so I had to wait 2 and a half hours for the load to finish before I could get my keys and leave the house for work.

Didn't get into work till lunchitme, boss was livvid resulting in BAD day at work :(

Really can't believe I was THAT stupid !

i've been there. only instead of the washer, it was my ferret that ran off and hid my keys in his secret stash place.
my boss was kinda a bitch to begin with and she didn't believe me so i was written up.
fucking rediculous.
