Perfection Auto Works best place for Auto Repair

Hello, and I love your web site. I had a situation that was so bad at first, but turned so GOOD that I had to let you know ! It started out with the normal day...go to work, beat the traffic etc, but on the way to work, my car died and I was stranded at the corner of Beverly and Speedway ! The car just shut down, and there I sat not expecting this situation ! I had my daughter in the back seat going to day care, so I unloaded her and made the trek for some help. My cell phone was on the last link, so I called for an auto repair shop in the area where I broke down. I walked to Perfection Auto Works at the corner of Beverly and Speedway and thats when I found help ! I was walking towards the repair shop, when this man in a car pulled over and asked if I needed help! It turns out that the guy driving the Mercedes was the owner of Perfection Auto Works, and he offered me and my daughter a ride back to the repair shop. I have never been treated with more respect, and comfort than any other place I have ever done business with ! Mike Emery gave me and my daughter a ride to the day care, and me to work...... even though he had customers in the waiting room waiting for service ! Heres the bummer....I left my keys in the car, or when we left it on Speedway...I must have lost them on the way ! Heres the best part....! Perfection Auto Works towed the car from Speedway for NO CHARGE, and determined the fuel line at the fuel filter was loose ( just had it replaced at the quicklube last weekend!!!!!! ) While it was up in the air for inspection ( its FREE ! ) Perfection Auto Works noted a key hider in the fender area, which had a car key, and a house key ! I was told the fuel loss caused the engine to shut down, and its true... it felt like I was running out of gas....you know, the surge.... jerk etc. When I came to pick up the car that evening after work, I was Amazed ! only $38.50 to repair ! I cant even go out to dinner for this amount ! Since then, I tell EVERYONE about the most Honest, Caring and Reasonable auto repair shop I have ever been to..... Thanks Mike Emery and the crew at Perfection Auto Works.....I am are sending all my co-workers, and neighbors to you for honest and fair auto repair ! ps..We finally found keys, in the carpet between the seats !
