Disappearing Car

When I got back from holiday my car had disappeared, try as I might I couldn't find the damn thing and decided I must have been dozey and left it somewhere other than my street and lost it.. I called the police but they had no idea, called the council who were equally unhelpful. Finally I'm walking down a street about three blocks from my house and I see my car.. it has two tickets. Apparently the council suspended the bay, gave me a ticket then moved it to another space three streets away then suspended that bay and gave me another ticket for parking illegally in the space they had put my car in.. bastards!
