Fined £1000 ($1500) for selling a goldfish?

I got a god damn fine

If you live in the UK, have a Grandma who owns a goldfish, please make sure she doesn't sell it to a minor becuase she could be lumped with a big fat fine and house arrest. Why? We're not sure. Maybe children can't be trusted with...fish. You know, because who knows what they may do with it. God forbid the fish dies in their care. But taking your child fishing and catching as many fish as possible GO FOR IT! Just don't forget to invite us for dinner. We love eating fish.
