P*ss poor penalty

I got a god damn fine

When i parked my car outside my mates flat on a quiet Saturday morning the last thing i expected was a parking ticket when it was only about half an hour before it was fee to park there anyway.

It wouldn't have been so bad but my mate already warned me they were really strict round his way. but silly me i chose not to heed his advice ...now I'm £60 lighter in my wallet.
