Smoking is bad for your financial health

I got a god damn fine

As if they don't cost enough already. As I was pulling up out the front of my house, I threw a cigarette butt on the ground, and lo-and-behold there was an undercover cop car behind me. I was fined $200. I wish I put that butt out in the policeman's eye.
