I got made redundant!

I was working for an online premium network for 6 months and i got made redundant a week ago. I'm feeling sorry for myself but I have pulled my finger out and gone to visit some recruitment consultants... they got rid of me in a really cut throat way, they make you step out of the office with no warning and then tell you that they are letting you go. You can't even go back to your desk to pick up your stuff, they hand it to you in one bag and dump it all in there. Nice! i'm sure that i'll find something better soon!! for sure!!!
