credict mess up

i moved to a apts on section 8.i was paying 0 for a 3 bedroom.inotice that lots of people hang out every night.than shoot out happen in daytime atnight when ever them felt like killing someone. i company about party's in the hallway.nothing was done because people work in the rent office was with the party.they smoke drugs in front of the building.my family came over to vist and end up shot. people get kill in front of your door way.a fight happen in the building they told everione in the building to leave so i was the only one to leave.theey put on my credict that i own them 18,0000.if u ever hear of central gardeners ran fast.
