I was ripped off
this stupid guy name mike the owner of perfection autoworks is an idiot and a jerk !!! I asked him if he could replace the transmisson on my car and he said he had one there at his shop and he could do the whole thing for 15 or 16 hundred bucks. well i let him do the job and a few other things and i agreed to 21 hundred bucks. It took him for ever. when i got my car back the thing was shifting very shitty and he told me to drive it for a few thousand miles so tne tranny and engine could get to know eachother!! what an ass!! any way i drove it for a few days and it started makeing loud noises and shifting worse. i went back and said i can not drive tis car anymore!! and gave him the keys and said i dont think the engine and tranny want to know eachother!! any way it turns out he got a used tranny from a junk yard (not his shop!!) That turned out bad so he replaced it and told me the noises was from a broken trannymount that was only 98 percent broken so he did not replace it with the first tranny ( it still had a few months befor it broke ) (he didnt think i could afford it right now) so he put the 2nd tranny in and it was leaking !! ( he did not replace the seals ( he said the looked soft) so now he has to take the tranny out again and do that well after that was completed he called my coworker and told her now i have a crack in my raidiator and all together with the tranny mount seals and radiator the total will be 585 bucks more . he also told her that he would not release the car without a new radiator cuz it would blow up on me. anyway he replaced the radiator without my permission and i asked to see the old radiator and he started freeking out and saying if i did not trust him to get off his property !! and then he demanded payment from my coworker he contacted instead of me She paid him with her charge card and said i could owe her !! well i did not outherise the work and 4 days later my RADIATOR WAS LEAKING!!! i took it back and he said too bad!!!! what a big jerk
I have been there and they are very reputable. You probably made this story up, because I have been going there for years, and we have always had GREAT service, excellent prices, etc.
You should move to Mississippi...I hear they treat people like you with no respect, which is probably what you deserve !
