So I've been going to this hairdressers (Supercuts in the Plaza, London) for over two years now. They have a loyalty card scheme where you get a stamp every time you get a haircut. I had about 6 (of the 8 needed) stamps but then lost it. I explained to the manager and she filled out a new card for me (but only put 2 stamps to cover all the boxes).
I went in to redeem my free voucher for a shampoo, conditioner and cut. The guy I spoke to couldn't understand much English, so I though fair enough and brought the manager over.
The silly cow denied that she filled out my free voucher and that I had to fill out another 6 stamps to get this free! That absolute gall of the woman.
I had to pay full whack for the premium haircut and won't be going back to those lying thieving hairdressers ever again. I'm also extremely tempted to call the immigration office on their ass...

so doesn't that mean you needed another six anyway? it is your fault you lost your card.
