How am i suppose to know that when you pay for a service, and agree that if you use more than the initial allowance, that even though you'll be charged for the useage over that allowance, that the service will be restricted, limited and basically very poor?
So, after a couple of night blaming BT and my router and reading the online help which plus net provides. I pop to PC World to buy a new router, it has to be the router that is three years old. BUT NO. it is the service with great sales which has mislead me to think this. the small print (which i found once i phoned the customer services line) says the broadband which they are providing will be limited.
ARRRGGHHH!!!
So that's enough of a pain in the arse, spending the money and not seeing the small print. but now the customer services keep changing the package i am on.
idiots.
