Never invite an ex to your wedding
My wedding was a disaster
I was a bit reluctant to say yes when my husband to be asked if he could invite one of his ex girlfriends to our wedding, but we'd been together 8 years and I didn't think it would do any harm.
The wedding day itself went in a hectic blur and we're at the bit in the ceremony where the minister asks if anyone has any objections ...
So the Ex stands up and loudly confesses undying love for my husband in front of a church full of people !! she was quickly removed by a couple of our friends and the ceremony continued without further incident.
I would have been a bit more understanding if she'd gone to him in private before the ceremony but what kind of drama queen does that at someones wedding ??
My husband and are are blissfully happy and looking forward to many many years together but I think I'm even happier now he's no longer in contact with any of his ex girlfriends !
