Right, this is kinda humiliating but true and I figure this is the best place to put this story. Ever since I was knee high to a grasshopper, I've loved meat, meat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and for those who know me thats allot of bleedin meat. Now the story is, you have various kinds of meat, you have Lamb, Duck, Pork, Chicken, Fish and Ham. Spot the mistake!!!! For some reason I seriously thought that pork & Ham were two separate animals. I know that sounds dumb, but when you go to the super market and you buy a lump of ham to roast its red right!!! and when you buy pork chops their white!!! Naturally (in my head) the meat is from two separate animals and i always wanted to know what the pork animal looked like but just dismissed it thinking obviously I've seen the pork animal but just cant remember what it looks like. To my embarrassment I had a conversation with my new Wife (Whoo Hooo) about what we would have for dinner and the whole pork and ham topic came up and it was then that I realised that their both the same.... I'm 35 years of age and only just found out.... some education I tell ya.
Anyway thats my story, so in case you ever get confused between pork chops and ham, its from the same animal OK.
