i been needing a new laptop for ages , my old laptop was dying on me , so i decided to get myself a new one. well i went to get a dell laptop ,i had to order it over the phone from dell as pc world had sold out of the one i wanted , after load of phone calls to dell i finally ordered the one i wanted. well i thought all was gud then i got my phone bill WOW it was £38 just from phoning dell, i couldnt believe how expensive that was but they was nothing i could do, at least i was gunna be getting my new laptop.The customer service people are so stupid i had a few problems with them when i was ordering the laptop but the idiots delivered it to the wrong address i was so annoyed, i went through it with them a number of times that i wanted it delivered to my work address and they delivered it to my parents address.They said that because my mum accepted the delivery they wouldnt re-deliver it to me .i was quite lucky that i was already planning a trip home which meant i could get it . i just dont know how something so simple as buying a laptop would be so difficult it was just damn stupid
